Reproduzco sus letras:<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cEl Estado va a perdonar m\u00e1s de 82.000 millones de euros a las 15 CCAA que no tienen concierto. No est\u00e1 mal, no?. Pero \u00bfcu\u00e1nto va a perdonar a las dos Forales? CERO!!. Y eso, por qu\u00e9?. &nbsp;Porque asumen todos los riesgos sin apoyo del Estado.
