con salm\u00f3n, ese pez que da nombre a un color precioso y que entiendo que por el traj\u00edn que se trae todas las primaveras en remontar los r\u00edos para llegar a casa a nuestra mesa es muy habitual que nos llegue quemado, perd\u00f3n quer\u00eda decir ahumado.<br \/>\nPues con \u00e9ste nos hemos preparado un pastel que est\u00e1 pero que muy rico y que os recomiendo porque prepararlo no ofrece ninguna dificultad.<br \/>\nEspero que est\u00e9is atentos a la elaboraci\u00f3n, por supuesto con el delantal puesto y cuando quer\u00e1is empezamos.<\/p>\n<p><a \/>\n<strong>INGREDIENTES<\/strong> 180 g de salm\u00f3n ahumado, 80 g de nata, 2 yogures naturales y 6 hojas de gelatina.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/mantelbleu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/ebf0fe7c44f759443b6589c963782db4.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-10242\" \/><\/a>ELABORACION<\/strong><br \/>\nRemojamos en agua fr\u00eda las hojas de gelatina durante 5 minutos.<br \/>\nMientras se van \u00e9stas escurriendo, calentamos la mitad de la nata, incorporamos las hojas de gelatina, bien escurridas y removemos hasta que queden diluidas.Reservamos<br \/>\nTrituramos el salm\u00f3n con el resto de la nata y los yogures, vertemos las gelatinas diluidas, a\u00f1adimos pimienta al gusto y batimos todo nuevamente.<br \/>\nEchamos la crema al molde que vamos a utilizar, tapamos con papel film y metemos en el frigor\u00edfico unas 6 horas para que cuaje
