La servimos bien fria y nos encanta.<br \/>\nSi os apetece esta sugerencia, es momento de ponerse el delantal y empezamos.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-13736\" src=\"http:\/\/mantelbleu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/Ensalada-gourmet-con-queso-azul-y-picatostes-Etiqueta-compressor.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"565\" height=\"542\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes <em>(para 2 raciones)<\/em><\/strong>: brotes, r\u00facula o can\u00f3nigos o todo junto unos 300g, 120g de queso azul, 1 rebanada de pan, sal y aceite. Cortamos en cuadraditos y reservamos.<br \/>\nEn un bol incorporamos las hojas de la ensalada, el ajo picado, sazonamos, echamos el aceite, las gotitas de tabasco y mezclamos.<br \/>\nA\u00f1adimos los picatostes, \u00a0el queso tambi\u00e9n cortado en trocitos peque\u00f1os y lo a\u00f1adimos a la ensalada.
