necesitamos que las sardinas est\u00e9n bien limpias, papel de horno y fijaos qu\u00e9 f\u00e1cil!!! &#8230;, ni que decir tiene que nuestros pescaditos antes de adentrarse al calor, van bien colocados encima del papel, as\u00ed tal cual, liberados de cabeza y espina, seguido &#8230;, necesitamos para el refrito: cebollita, guindillas o pimiento verde, un ajito picado &#8230; y a la sart\u00e9n.<br \/>\nSeg\u00fan los arenques salgan horneados, antes de que digan ni media palabra, los sacudimos con el refrito y a limpiar el plato con un buen trozo de pan.<br \/>\nSeguro que os va a encantar, una propuesta f\u00e1cil, rica y saludable.<br \/>\nYa sab\u00e9is que para cocinar cualquier receta, necesitamos ir coloc\u00e1ndonos el delantal, &#8230;
